Our Story
“Young Once” is a band based in Burnsville Minnesota, about 12 miles from Minneapolis. We were brought together through friendship and love of the music of the 60s 70s and 80s. Focusing primarily on the singer song writers, we enjoy the lyrical story-telling and beautiful melodies of this era of musical artistry. “Young Once” is derived from fondly remembering the familiar songs from an earlier time. For decades, the music we play has maintained popularity among a wide range of age groups. We refer to our song list as “Timeless Music”. We strive to add a great vibe to any gathering of people.
The band plays in local venues and is available for private parties: Birthday, graduation, anniversary, wedding or any other occasion for friends to gather. Want to liven things up and have some fun? “Young Once” will be glad to help.
